I have signed up to do a Tough Mudder challenge and raise money to support Young People First, a charity who work with over 400 disadvantaged young people in Coventry and Warwickshire, highlighting the importance of mental health.
It is essentially an intense assault course spanning over 10km of muddy terrain..
It is on the 13th June 2020 and will be located at Belvoir Castle in Leicestershire.
