I'm walking to the summit of Mount Snowdon this Autumn to raise vital funds for the amazing company I work for - Carers Trust South East Wales (CTSEW). I work in the local Monmouthshire community supporting men and women with dementia and I know how cruel the condition can be. CTSEW does amazing work across south Wales to support both people with dementia and give the people that care for them a break from their care role. Please give generously as I'll be working really hard to reach the summit and will definitely be outside my comfort zone!
