Two years ago I ran the bath half. It broke me. The picture is of my knees BEFORE I set off on race day and it took 8 months of physio to get me back out running again. Fast forward to present day and I am working for an incredible bath based charity doing incredible work for kids in the community. How could I say no to running again? I know we are all feeling the pinch but charities more then ever need your kind donations.
