I DID IT!!! 3hrs 56mins & I'm so pleased!
I had a great day, managed to run every last meter and felt good all the way round. The London Marathon was an amazing experience and I just wanted to say THANK YOU to anyone and everyone who has visited this site, donated and shown their support to me, and also to Suffolk Accident Rescue Service. All the training hours was worth it, and any well wishes and good advice was greatly received.
Suffolk Accident Rescue Service (SARS) provide 365 24/7 volunteer Doctors and Paramedics to the most critically ill and injured patients in Suffolk at their time of need.
SARS needs vital funds to continue, and grow its operations in Suffolk. To buy new equipment, provide training, and support the operational costs of their Rapid Response Vehicle, providing an Enhanced Care Team of Doctor & Paramedic during the hours of darkness currently every Saturday evening.
