Charity Spinathon
The festive season is a time for celebrating in the comfort of our homes and the safety of our loved ones. Sadly, there are some that don’t have this so to help provide them with some support over this period I will be partaking in a Spinathon on Monday 1st November.
Starting at 8am I will be holding a 30 minute spin class every hour (12 spin classes throughout the day!!) in the hope to raise as much money as possible for Streets2Homes, Harlows local homeless charity.

WHERE: JD Gyms Harlow
First class starts at 8am, final class will be at 7pm.
