3 out 4 suicides are completed by men in this country, many with no previous mental health issues. This leaflet has been designed to appeal specifically to men and is being distributed in tattooists, barbershops, pubs, club, gyms and garages where men regularly go to advise on what signs to look for in someone who might be thinking about suicide. It also gives advice of what to say and who can help in times of crisis. The initial leaflet was funded by the local health board, but we have been asked several times to reprint this resource in Wales and in England.
