On September 28th, weather permitting, I am due to jump out of a plane for a 15000ft skydive with GoSkyDive in Salisbury. For anyone who knows me, this may come as a surprise, as it is definitely something outside my comfort zone. With this jump, I am aiming to raise awareness and funds for Vida. Vida is a wonderful service who provide trauma-focused support for women who have experienced abuse. They provide important, life-saving support and treatment.
Through my job, I am often signposting clients to Vida. They provide an essential part of mental health support services across Sheffield.
As an independent service, it is important that they receive the necessary funds to be able to continue to provide this essential service.
