My aim is to run 37 miles around and over the magical area of Snowdonia national park in under 10 hours. The total ascent of the run will reach over 6000ft. 

Running for ACT-MK was choice I made easierly and quickly, Having seen and heard the work they have done and helped change the direction of lives made the decision up for me.

I have no minimum target to raise but I also have no maximum so please support me in supporting charity.
