Hi, My name is Karl, I am 27 years old and have been partially sighted for the past27 years.
I have recently moved back to Basingstoke, and started to attend Helping hands for the blind.
I wanted to give something back to the charity that has helped me move forward, helping hands for the blind, a local based charity for the blind in Basingstoke, and Open sight a Local charity for the blind in Eastleigh as a thank you for all their help.
Doing this climb is the perfect way to do that.
My challenge has taken months of planning and preparation.
i am starting my eight hour trek on Snowdon the highest mountain in Wales on 12th September 2017 accompanied by my trusty friend Chris aged24.
Please help me to help others and support me.
