I'm taking part in the Wolf Run on 7 April. The Wolf Run is 10km of running in raw natural terrain. It's a combination of three kinds of off-road running - through mud, along trails and across obstacles. I'm part of a team, and all of us are personal trainers, so we are sure we can do it. It should be tough going but fun. www.thewolfrun.com
Why they need our serviceI am asking for sponsorship for John Taylor Hospice in Birmingham who have cared for several members of my family over the years. I want people to know more about the huge difference they can make. They do a great job there and I am hoping that taking part in the Wolf Run will mean I can make more people aware of that.
Plan and expected resultsJohn Taylor Hospice provides expert palliative care to local people. Every week they care for more than 600 patients across all their services - whether that be at the Hospice or in a patient's own home. The Hospice vision is to make 'every moment matter' for all those they care for and their loved ones. All donations help the hospice to carry out the work they do.-----> PLEASE QUOTE MY NAME WHEN MAKING A DONATION. So Far Sophie has raised £25 in Local Giving donations
