Stacey’s Plymouth 10k for Jeremiah’s Journey

When my dad passed away it utterly devastated my family and shattered our lives completely; although it has been almost 20 years since we lost dad the support we received from Jeremiah’s journey especially with my younger brother Matty still resonates with us. This is a small way I can give back to such an amazing charity that does such invaluable work for young children and their families at one of the most difficult times of their lives. Please donate to this local Plymouth charity and help support grieving children and families. Below is a little bit about the work Jeremiah’s journey does. Jeremiah’s Journey- OUR VISION We aim to ensure that children, young people and their parents/carers in Plymouth and the immediate surrounding area have support at a sad and difficult time. This may be because someone special has died or a parent has a terminal illness (the Stepping Stones Project). We believe that no child or family should feel alone in their grief. Our work is centred around children, young people and their families who are grieving and we always aim to do our best to help them through a difficult and uncertain time. Families need support at different times and may be facing lots of challenges. We are respectful of each child and their family’s individual experiences and circumstances. We will be creative in our work and strive for excellence in all areas of the charity.
