on Sunday 29th June I will be completing the FFIT Conwy Llandudno Sea Triathlon. This involves Swimming 1500 metres, Running 10K and Cycling 40k.
Whilst doing this I am raising funds for a local group STING. This group is based in my hometown of Stone in Staffordshire and it offers support, exercise and therapy to anyone affected by any Neurological condition e.g. MS, Parkinson's Disease, Stroke Victims etc.
The group was formed in March 2014 after serving people with MS for the last 10 years, it was decided to broaden its remit.
The group is a peer to peer support group and is run by a group of dedicated volunteers.
I aim to raise funds so the group can continue to run its centre and in turn its many activities
