Susan Bridgeford Half Marathon Challenge

I am running the Sheffield Half Marathon on Sunday 10 April to raise funds for the Sheffield Women's Counselling and Therapy Service (SWCTS). SWCTS is a local charity which provides free counselling and therapy support to female victims of severe trauma. Funded through grants and donations, SWCTS has existed for 25 years providing life-changing support to thousands of women enabling them to overcome the impact of extreme adverse circumstances.
