As you know I will be 60 on 13th October, wow where did all that time go! I do not want any gifts but if you would like to give something please donate to this page for my named charity.
The Comfrey Project is an allotment based activity for asylum seekers and refugees. It's a charity I was a trustee for for over ten years. It was named Charity of the Year by the Guardian in 2009 and it has helped many people.
If you are planning to donate it has also turned out that from 13th October to 18th November there is a "grow your tenner" event. This means if you donate £10 it is matched with another £10 becoming £20. There is a limited fund for this, so the earlier (from 13th October) you donate the better the chance of your £10 being doubled.
