Here I am again, Swim Clare Swim hoping to raise some money for the fabulous charity Just the Job who provide work based learning opportunities for those with learning disabilities and or additional needs. This year, my aim is to raise enough money in order to purchase 2 new wheelbarrows with an extra front wheel!!! Something so simple will have a massive impact by providing that extra stability for pushing and moving loads for those who are a little more unsteady on their feet. Adapting the equipment and tools we use enables everyone to work and removes needless barriers. This results in a very happy and confident team who just love to work! Please support my swim challenges of 2015, 5km (3 miles) at Windermere in June and 8.4km (5.25 miles) at Coniston http://chillswim.com/the-swims/coniston-end-to-end in September by making any donation.
