Here at Just the Job our Work Teams are made up of individuals of varying abilities, including those with learning disabilities, physical impairments and mental health issues. They provide a gardening service, logs for sale and horticultural produce to the local community. Just the Job gives our Members the opportunity to develop in a safe, supportive and positive environment, enhancing their work skills, life skills and social skills, through work, education and social activities.
