Team Fundraisers
In October 2024 Team HBA Support will undertake our first ever community fundraising challenge. Our CEO and Founder Rebecca Middleton will be joined by members of our community, our staff team and our supporters to tackle the Leicester half-marathon or 10k run (or walk!). No matter the speed, or distance covered, we will be raising awareness and vital funds on behalf of people with a hereditary brain aneurysm and their families.
We are so grateful for every donation towards our goal. Funds raised will accelerate our community support through the development of a peer-to-peer patient group - the first of its kind in the UK. Funds will also help us support community members and patients through the ongoing development of factsheets and awareness campaigns, driving home our message that they are not alone and this is more than 'bad luck'. As families navigate this challenging time, we are here to provide the light.
