About
I will be walking the Thames Valley Path 100km in September for Parenting Special Children.  A charity that helped our family out when we were seeking a diagnosis for our son.  They support parents and carers of families with special needs from ADHD, Autism to Sensory Challenges.  Having experienced and read and understood more about the challenges from the pressure of diagnosis, the impact it has on mental health, the need to find ongoing ways to respond to your child and to build resilience. The least I can do is give back and support a charity like PSC helps over 1600 families a year in Berkshire alone.  Please sponsor me so we can help more families, carers and practioners understand more about hidden disabilities like autism and ADHD and help them to find a way that works best for them and their families.

You are amazing Sarah! I remember how sore my feet were after walking a 40km. I'm not sure I could have dragged those blisters on another 10k!

Update from Sarah

Ouch can’t move blisters, sore hips and getting old but just completed my 25k practice walk. Quicker than my target total of 4 h 35 to do a 25k walk. Wondering how I will do with the big 100k
