The Wayz offers young people within the local community leisure time activities and opportunities to help promote positive learning, achievements and experiences; these could include as volunteering and training. Encouraging engagement in centre and community responsibilities and empowerment. Young people are encouraged to take ownership of their club and projects which will help identify and strengthen their own needs and development through transitional stages and challenges of their lives.

There are a number of young people within the local commnity and this project offers a safe, fun and positive place to go. There is a need for somewhere to be able to offer support and opportunities to enable young people to achieve and progress. As well as incorporate young people into the future and development of the local community.

working with local representative, PCSO's and business; the young people are encouraged to engage and interact in commuity events and particpation, in order create a shared valued base between all those in the local community. Young people will be able to understand, justify and express their views to diferent persons in a positive and contructive way, ensuring young people are incorporated into the future and development of the local community.
