Just the Job is a charity that empowers individuals with varying disabilities, Just the Job aims to develop their abilities through work, including garden maintenance, wood processing, crafting and horticultural activities.

Just the Job has been granted planning permission for a new eco build. We are rapidly outgrowing the present building, for example work team members eat lunch where we carry out crafting and woodwork activities, not an ideal situation. One area we have identified is that many of the team members find some situations stressful and need a quiet room to escape to that's peaceful and calming, we currently have nothing like this, the new build has been designed taking all this into consideration.

The team members are the heart of Just the Job, the result of the new eco build will be the team members having a much safer, organised, user friendly environment which is essential. The horticultural growing area will be on site, resulting in a safe environment for team members to explore and enjoy on their own, rather than having to be accompanied to the current site, 500 meters away and crossing a main road.
