I love dogs , in fact I love most animals but especially dogs. I am also always looking for ways to raise much needed funds for JUMP Childrens Charity which is so very special to me as it was established 14 years ago in memory of my grandson Jacob Hawthorn who passed away at just 3 years of age from muscular dystrophy.
Our family captured many special photographs and videos of Jacob during his short life which have allowed him to live on in our memories in a positive way and have enabled his siblings to get to know him
After his death our family and friends decided to set up a charity which would provide a very special photography service to families that have children with life limiting health conditions enabling them to create their own unique memory books. We called our charity JUMP. It stands for Jacobs unique memory pot
JUMP Children's Charity deliver unique professional photography services to families with children with life limiting illnesses to capture special memories, which are presented in personal Memory Books and Films
I am personally raising money for JUMP by providing dog sitting and dog walking support to friends and neighbours.
