Whilst partying at 20, I once said to myself it was all good, and I could always run a marathon before I was 40.
After 19 years of procrastination I have run out of time and forced my own hand (an unusual situation), running the Brighton Marathon on 9th April.
Sarah is doing her bit too and running a 10K.
In our endeavours we are raising money for The Upper Room (St Saviours).
The Upper Room is a charity supporting socially excluded and economically disadvantaged people across London, including the homeless, ex-offenders and destitute migrants (which after Article 50, I hope won't increase in proportion). They are helped to become productive members of society by meeting their immediate sustenance needs whilst working with them to improve their confidence, employability and life chances.
Any support, verbal & financial would be gratefully received.
