My names Tom Hayes and on Sunday the 1st of May 2022 I will be par-taking in an 300ft Bungee Jump in Tatton Park Manchester.
Ever since I found out what a bungee jump was I've wanted to do one, I first saw one when my older brother Jonny did one when he was 14 and I was around 5 on our family holiday to Greece. The concept amazed me and the desire since then to now has grown exponentially.
However despite my aspirations to do this, I have to admit I am nervous. The average jump is around 100-150ft high where as mine is double that at 300ft.
The danger is there but in a situation like that it's mind over matter.
