Hello all!
In May I, along with 6 others are taking on the NATIONAL THREE PEAKS CHALLENGE (climbing the three highest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales - Scafell Pike, Ben Nevis and Snowdon - in 24 hours!!) It should be an amazing experience as well as raising money for the Weston Church Youth Project,
WCYP has been running for over 20 years and exists to enable, equip and encourage the young people of Weston to LIVE LIFE TO THE FULL and contribute to the wider community. Our activities provide young people with fun safe places to spend their time, gain new skills, broaden their horizons, get support, advice and encouragement and learn about the Christian Faith. I would be very grateful if you could support me in this - either through prayer or financially - preferably both :)...My aim is to raise £1000 (100 people donating £10 or 50 people donating £20...etc)
The money we raise will be split between our Achieve school based work -helping to address attendance, parenting and behavioural issues to improve engagement with education - and our Faith based work - groups and events providing the opportunity to explore the Christian Faith in an accessible way.
Thank you in advance for your support - it's much appreciated and will make a big difference to the lives of the children and young people of Weston :)
