As many of you know this Wednesday it's my birthday again 🙈 I don't want cards or chocolate, I'd like you to stay at home and join me Live for another great Kettlercise This Thursday's Kettlercise class I'm going to be raising money for this fantastic charity to help them with all the amazing work that they do helping people who are extremely vulnerable during these turbulent times.
So get up off that couch, involve all your family and friends! I would like to get as many people as possible to take part and raise money for this amazing charity!
