Player retention and development is a problem that we need to find a solution to. Although not as bad as other sports, we to need to offer new exciting modern elements to our training to keep U16 engaged in the sport.
Using a video camera to record and provide the players the ability to create their own highlights for discussion and development seems like a great idea.
