Virtual Red Nose Day Feel Good Fundraiser

On Sunday 21st March, between 10.15am and 12.15pm, 24 Fit Derby will be raising money for Derby Women's Centre, a local organisation based on Leopold Street, who provide support for vulnerable women in Derby and Derbyshire facing domestic violence, abuse, isolation and financial inequality. Please join us for a Virtual Red Nose Day Feel Good Fitness Fundraiser, a non-stop two hour fitness marathon showcasing a mash up of Zumba, Konga, Clubbercise and Pound that is guaranteed to get you moving and feeling great. Enjoy a mixture of dance fitness styles from the sultry latino rhythms of Zumba and the simple body sculpting moves of Konga, to the tribal thrill of Pound and the all out fun of Clubbercise. Come along and stay for the whole session or feel free to pop in for just a little while.
Our previous charity events have been a great success. Let's not let this year be any different.
