As some of you will know, on July 22 I am boxing at the O2 academy in Bournemouth for charity. The charity I am fighting for is Poole Food Bank. It's a service that any one of us may have to (or have done) use. I think it's important to look after the community when they are not able to look after themselves for whatever reason. That could be parents with young kids to the elderly whose pension doesn't stretch far enough. As it's for charity, I have a sponsor form up at work. If you fancy donating anything (be it for the charity, or just to watch me get beaten up) message me or donate on this page.
Secondly, there are 850 tickets to be sold to watch the first WBC cares event in Bournemouth. The tickets sales will ALSO go to charity (Julia's house I think). I understand they are not that cheap, but it's a good night out. The prices are....
Downstairs standing... £20
Upstairs standing... £25
Top floor seated (gods)... £35
VIP tables (pref tables of 10)... £65p/h
Royal box...£100
Remember, I've had no prior boxing training, as has alot of the lads who are fighting. We are doing this because we are able, for those who are not.
It's because of the great support of the WBC cares team and trainers including Marc, Matt and Steve and the encouragement from the team that we are all able to do this. Although there will be a winner and loser at the end, really, there are no losers.
