We Can Do is a social club for older people that is held every Tuesday from 10am to 3pm. During the activity participants of aged 50 and over join together to enjoy a wide variety of arts and crafts, lunch which the members often help to prepare, or just come for tea and a chat. When possible, outings are arranged to give the participants an opportunity to visit a new place outside of Bognor Regis

Many older people suffer social isolation, loneliness and lack in self confidence. This activity gives them an opportunity to meet, make new friends, learn new skills and support each other both within and outside of the group.

We aim to reduce social isolation for older members of our community. During the summer school holidays, the group members also take part in activities helping us to develop our aims of intergenerational participation.
