On September 24th we will be taking on Nottingham's Robin Hood Half-Marathon. It was a late decision so we're going from couch to 21.1km in 8 weeks - but one of us is young and the other stupid, so it's all good!
It's also in aid of a very good cause: Imara, a charity who work with children and their families after a disclosure of childhood sexual abuse - helping them to navigate the (frankly) inhuman criminal justice system and with their subsequent recovery from trauma.
Your generous donations are very gratefully received, and will allow Imara to help more families and young people at their most difficult time.
Imara will have a stall on Clifton Boulevard (A52, near QMC) at the exit from Wollaton Park, and in the charity tent in the Race Village on the Embankment - so please drop by and meet some of the team and volunteers.
