Manchester YMCA Harriers are taking part in Equinox 24 to raise funds for YMCA Manchester, Youth and Community Service so they can continue to provide mental health service to young people in Greater Manchester 🙌
Equinox24 is a continual 24 hour run in teams around a mixed terrain 10k loop against the clock! 👟. The Equinox24 is both physically challenging and mentally tough and the team are taking on the challenge in aid of a great cause! 🔥
For every £10 donated contributes to art materials for the therapeutic sessions delivered
For every £25 donated means that a mental health session can be delivered to a small group of young people
For every £250 donated a therapeutic arts session can be delivered to a group of young people
