As part of the N. Ireland #Youth4Peace strategy Beyond Skin are identifying and recruiting Youth4Peace young ambassadors to join a steering group for the campaign to develop, lead the programme and represent Northern Ireland internationally. To date #youth4peace ambassadors have attending training, conferences and peace summits in Netherlands, Georgia, Turkey & Romania. Many events are also being planned for Northern Ireland. Some of there overseas opportunities are fully funded, others are not

Young people are not just the future, they are the present. Today almost half of the world's population under the age of 24. By offering young people a possibility to take part in shaping their own futures, young people can be at the front line of peacebuilding. Beyond Skin are leading the #Youth4Peace campaign in N. Ireland to ensure UN Resolution 2250 n on Youth, Peace and Security is implemented. A Youth steering group has been set up to develop the campaign through creative projects.

Through Localgiving Beyond Skin wish to raise money to avail of the global opportunities presented to us for young people to travel abroad to attend training courses, peace and youth summits.
