We support young people's mental health and wellbeing through free and confidential counselling. Our service is accredited by the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and we work within their ethical standards and practices.

Our impact on the communityYiS Youth Counselling Service is a long running independent charity with a BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) Accredited Service. This means that we have demonstrated a high quality of service delivery, meeting benchmark standards for counselling & psychotherapy provision maintained by ongoing assessment.
We are looking for people to great clients as they arrive, and process some administrative work. We are also looking for people who can provide strategic support to help us run, develop and/or fund our services.
