Hope Community has been based at the heart of Heath Town in Wolverhampton for 40 years, it has a small staff team supported by a larger team of local volunteers and has been providing long term holistic support to the most vulnerable, marginalised and most in need.    

Our grassroots project focuses on social participation and integration and works towards removing barriers perceived or otherwise that may prevent people from participating in the diverse range of services and activities which we have developed to meet the needs a diverse and ever changing community.

 Heath Town is one of the most deprived and ethnically diverse communities falling within the worst 5% of wards nationally in terms of health, education, employment, housing, crime, and child poverty.
