Llanelli Weightlifting Academy addresses social inclusion through sport. We are a non-profit club with community interests who provide opportunities for residents to enjoy and benefit from recreational & competitive Weightlifting, Disability Powerlifting, health, fitness & social activities. Open to all, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds. Supportive environment, nurturing and developing members, both in sport, well-being and confidence. Inclusiveness plays an important role. Underrepresented groups located in Llanelli and the surrounding area benefit.
