Over the coming months, I’ll be taking on a series of challenges — pushing myself physically and mentally — to raise funds and awareness for causes that truly matter.

First up is Movember, growing the ’tache to spark conversations and raise awareness for men’s health — mental health, suicide prevention, prostate and testicular cancer.

Then, on Sunday 7th December 2025, I’ll be running a Half Marathon as part of my build-up to the Ring of Fire challenge in 2026.

In the spring, I’ll join teammates from MKRUFC and friends on a 170-mile cycling journey across France and Belgium. We’ll set off from Dunkirk, ride through Depanne and Diksmuide, and into Ypres, where we’ll stand beneath the Menin Gate to take part in the Last Post Ceremony as members of the Colour Party — a moment of remembrance and reflection.

At dawn the next day, we’ll ride from Ypres to Roubaix, take a lap of the famous outdoor Velodrome, and then continue through Plugstreet (twinned with Wolverton, Milton Keynes), Vieux-Berquin, and Talbot House in Poperinge, before finishing back in Dunkirk for the 8 pm ferry.

That’s 170 miles in just 1½ days — every mile with meaning.

• 💙 4Ed / MND Association – Supporting families affected by Motor Neurone Disease.

• ❤️ Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) – In memory of Alden Price, raising awareness of young sudden cardiac deaths.
