Memory lane is a provision that runs every Thursday at Cathays Community Centre. 

The project supports people with various stages of dementia as well as there carers and partners. The project provides activities, games, refreshments and most of all support. 

Our funding for this project is sadly coming to an end and we are asking for your support. We are asking for donations to assist with our staffing, heating and travel expenses and ensure we can continue providing this vital service.
