On the 23rd May at 11am, we'll be taking on a powerful and meaningful challenge - walking across Morecambe Bay to raise vital funds for Stable Lives.

If you would like to join the Kings guide to the Kent Estuary Michael Wilson on the historic bay walk across the bay from Arnside to Grange. Please contact us at admin@stable-lives.co.uk to book your place.

Although the walk dates back to the era of Henry VIII and the original route was from Hest bank to Kents bank, due to the soft sand at Hest Bank therefore the route is now Arnside to Grange.

The walk from Arnside is a lovely walk with a varied terrain and is between 5.5 to 9 miles depending on the safest route.
