Thank you for taking part in our annual Readathon! As well as encouraging our children to love reading this event will raise essential funds to pay for a Librarian to manage our lovely library and to buy new books. Our aim is to raise £2000 in sponsorship money. We can reach this target if every child in the school raises just £5 each!

Please help us to reach our target by encouraging your child to spend a small amount of time each day either reading to themselves, to others, or being read to. They can read books, comics, magazines, newspapers, menus, websites, recipes, poems, leaflets, instructions – anything with words!

Please ask your friends, neighbours and family for sponsorship over the next month. Sponsored children’s names can be added to donation messages online and don’t forget to complete the sponsorship form if you'd like the chance to win a prize!

We will be offering DAVE'S COMICS VOUCHERS for the children who read the most (KS1 + KS2) and the children who raise the most money. Winners announced 17th April.
