Following the success of TW Group's Charity Golf Day, which raised an incredible £2,000 for Plant Dewi, TW Group Contracts Manager, Aled, and his 16-year-old daughter Erin are taking on their next challenge in support of local families.

On 21 August, they will be climbing Snowdon with the aim of raising £1,000 for Plant Dewi.

Every day, Plant Dewi supports children and families across West Wales who are facing challenges such as poverty, isolation, and poor mental health. Through family centres and groups, young parents project, dads project and Baby Bundle, families are supported to access practical support, build confidence and create brighter futures for their children.

If the target is reached, the £1000 will help Plant Dewi to continue providing vital support to families when they need it most, ensuring that children have opportunities to thrive regardless of their circumstances.

Yn dilyn llwyddiant Diwrnod Golff Elusennol TW Group, a gododd £2,000 anhygoel i Plant Dewi, mae Rheolwr Contractau TW Group, Aled, a’i ferch 16 oed, Erin, yn ymgymryd â’u her nesaf i gefnogi teuluoedd lleol.

Ar 21 Awst, byddant yn dringo Yr Wyddfa gyda’r nod o godi £1,000 i Plant Dewi.

Bob dydd, mae Plant Dewi yn cefnogi plant a theuluoedd ledled Gorllewin Cymru sy’n wynebu heriau megis tlodi, unigrwydd ac iechyd meddwl gwael. Trwy ein canolfannau a’n grwpiau teuluol, y prosiect rhieni ifanc, y prosiect tadau a’r gwasanaeth Bwndel Babi, rydym yn helpu teuluoedd i gael mynediad at gymorth ymarferol, magu hyder a chreu dyfodol mwy disglair i’w plant.

Os cyrhaeddir y targed, bydd y £1,000 yn helpu Plant Dewi i barhau i ddarparu cymorth hanfodol i deuluoedd pan fydd ei angen fwyaf arnynt, gan sicrhau bod plant yn cael cyfleoedd i ffynnu beth bynnag fo’u hamgylchiadau.
