The Castle pub in Bedford teams up with local running group "Plod Squad" which is a community running group of all abilities running twice a week in the Bedford town area.

Fran Pegg (bar manager) has been in contact with Jake Williams (PLSQ) to get as many people as possible to come and run on Weds 22nd July 6.30pm and generate donations for each KM ran, some 5k some 10k participants.

We are raising money for local charity "Living It Up" providing social and educational opportunities for adults with learning disabilities and autism in and around Bedfordshire.
