Cycle Out Stigma is a 24-hour cycling challenge raising funds to help challenge stigma surrounding alcohol and other drugs.
From 12:00pm on Saturday 5th September to 12:00pm on Sunday 6th September, two static bikes will keep turning side by side at Recovery Cymru, 218 Cowbridge Road East, Canton, Cardiff, CF5 1GX, representing the power of peer support and the importance of never facing recovery alone. Every participant will take on just one hour, helping to keep the challenge going while standing together against stigma.
To take part, make your minimum £20 donation on this page, then head to https://tinyurl.com/4p7nkpw4 to secure your preferred one-hour time slot.
Can't take part yourself? You can still support a friend, family member or colleague by making a donation on their behalf. Simply leave their name in the comments with your donation so we know who you're supporting.
Every donation helps Recovery Cymru provide free, confidential, non-judgemental peer support, creating opportunities for more people to connect, recover and grow.
