Antony Bolter of Caerphilly County Borough Council has offered to run in aid of Rotundus and has then challenged me to join him.

So I did it...the race day is only a few weeks away and I haven't run in ages.

However, the Men Up peer support project I have set up as part of Rotundus is already offering support to men in the Pontypridd area. Now with Antony and my own fundraising, we are looking to open another peer support group in the Caerphilly area.

The basic running costs include venue hire and refreshments - this could be a little as £30-50 per session. Every single penny raised will be used to support the setting up of this new peer group.

I plan to set up 12 peer support groups before April 2020 representing the 12 men that commit suicide each day.
