Our Asylum Support service is at serious risk of closing, and we need your help to save it. For years, this service has been one of the busiest and most relied-upon parts of our work, supporting over 2,500 people seeking safety in the UK. Day in, day out, our team walks alongside people navigating an asylum system that is complex, hostile, and often traumatising—helping them to access accommodation, basic financial support, healthcare, legal advice, and the stability they need to begin rebuilding their lives.

Despite its impact, the dedicated funding for our Asylum Support service has now completely run out. Without urgent new income, we will soon be unable to continue this work. That would mean turning people away at the very point they need us most: when they are facing destitution, confused by Home Office decisions, or struggling to understand their rights. For many of our clients, we are the only place they feel heard, believed, and practically supported.

We are launching an emergency appeal to raise £10,000 by the end of July to keep this lifeline going while we work to secure longer-term funding. Every donation will directly support people seeking asylum in our community. A gift of £20 could help someone travel to an essential appointment; £50 could contribute to the intensive casework needed to challenge an unfair decision; £100 could help us keep the doors open to dozens of people in crisis.

If you are able to give, please donate today and share this appeal with your networks. Your support can be the difference between someone facing the asylum system alone, and someone having expert, compassionate help by their side. Together, we can make sure our Asylum Support service survives this moment and continues to stand up for people seeking safety.
