We are The Bitter Pills, a rock band based in Brighton.

We are raising money for Men’s Minds matter through the release of our second single.

This release means more to us than any we’ve put out before.

Around two years ago, I reached a point where I genuinely didn’t want to be here anymore. Through therapy, I found the support I needed to keep going, and during that journey I wrote the lyrics to this song.

Because of that, every penny of profit we make from this release – from streams and merch – will be donated to support men’s mental health. We’ll also be sharing a donation link very soon for anyone who’d like to contribute directly towards Men's Minds Matter
