Using our planner is like talking to a friendly expert.
It will ask questions about what you want to do, which you can answer by speaking or typing. It will work through all the key parts of the project you want to deliver, checking on those key points like beneficiaries, needs and objectives, evaluation and impact. When it’s done, it will search the internet for grant opportunities directly relevant to your project. We know that grant details are always changing, that’s why we use a fresh check on the web, rather than a static database. Once suitable funds are found, we’ll use the Project Plan to quickly and efficiently draft applications.
The Planner will take the pain out of the process
It guides you through all the key questions that funders will ask and making sure you’ve not missed any key information. You can do it the language you feel most comfortable with, and upload documents, links, past project documents etc. to speed up the process further. It’s highly structed approach removes those time-consuming parts of plan writing and will also find and suggest data that can further support your application. As soon as all the questions have been answered the Planner will create a downloadable project summary and press release plus a to-do list to further improve your application.

Finding the Funding
Once your project plan is complete, and you are happy with it. It’s time to find some funding. And we will help with this too. Our AI Assistant will search the internet for the latest, relevant and available grant opportunities. We don’t use a database that could quickly become out of date, instead we seek out grants that are currently open and specific to you. These are very specific searches, that would cost around £150 per set of results if you were to do yourself, but we’ve included in our AI Membership. Once identified, our Assistant checks each grant, awarding an eligibility score and showing you only the grants that are relevant. We will be scanning the web regularly, ensuring you’ll never miss an opportunity!

Quick and efficient applications
With your Project Plan complete and relevant grants found, it’s time to take the process to the next stage. We can combine the Plan, or if you’ve not chosen to do one, information from your website, news stories, annual report etc. to match your vision with the wants of the funder. Copy and paste the grant application questions into the tool, select which of your projects you’d like supported, and we’ll do the rest! All your grant applications can be tracked on our platform, and our clever tool is always learning, so a successful application would be used to support further applications, improving it further. Of course, this is your data, and you have complete control of the process and how it’s used.
