About the appeal

Bags of Taste is a not for profit that teaches people facing food poverty to cook amazing meals with fresh and affordable ingredients.

Bags of Taste provides virtual cooking courses and food parcels with a week's worth of meals - delivered straight to their door. People are supported to cook by mentors over Whatspp or phone.

Food poverty is increasing and the cost of living crisis is making it impossible for people to afford food. There has never been a more urgent need for this work.

We help people get out of and stay out of food poverty, cook good food for their families, take more control of their diets and finances, and improve their health and well-being.
