About the appeal

Project Hope Leeds annual Christmas Hampers appeal is a great opportunity to spread love this Christmas! We aim to deliver 600 special Christmas hampers to families and individuals in our local communities, who find themselves in difficult situations.

If you have ever been involved in helping us to deliver the hampers, you will understand first hand the impact those hampers make. They do bring hope and joy and most of all they let our neighbours know that there is someone who cares for them this Christmas.

You might be very busy with your job and your family, so you might not have capacity and time in your everyday life to make a difference in the local community. This is your chance to get involved. There is an ache in all our hearts to live for something greater than just ourselves and Christmas Hampers appeal gives you that opportunity.

IKEA Leeds have kindly donated 600 boxes again this year and Galaxy Insulation are going to provide a lorry and a fork lift truck to help us shop for 600 hampers!! Many local businesses including Irwin Mitchell Solicitors, Turner & Townsend, High Speed Training, Milestone, SSE, Transpennine Route Upgrade (East Alliance), SKY, Liberty Global, Ison Harrison Solicitors and others have signed up to volunteer with us helping us put together and deliver the hampers to 600 households in some of the most disadvantaged neighbourhoods in Leeds. WE ARE VERY GRATEFUL FOR THEIR SUPPORT!!!
