We have rejuvenated Wellow's Playing Field by creating sports and recreational facilities that appeal to all genders and the full spectrum of age groups. Families living in Wellow and the surrounding communities can now play on 2 floodlit all-weather tennis courts to LTA standards and use the facilities of our fabulous new pavilion and disabled access WC. A small annual subscription enables us to meet our operating costs and create a sinking fund for the eventual replacement of the equipment.
Why the community needs usBy creating sports and leisure facilities where none were previously present, we are improving health, physical fitness and community spirit of local residents. We are bringing all our rural communities together in the enjoyment of competitive sport and recreation.
