3SG is an independent membership network for charities and social enterprises in Bath & NE Somerset

3SG's aim is to raise the profile of our members and give them the opportunity to influence local strategic decision making. We run and share relevant events, training, resources and job opportunities. Our vision is to build a stronger 3rd sector in Bath & NE Somerset that works in partnership on the big issues affecting our community like homelessness, the environment, loneliness and health and social care.

Why the community needs us

3SG have launched a new project called Compassionate Communities which recognises that care for one another at times of crisis and loss is not simply a task solely for health and social services but is everyone's responsibility. This project will be working with stakeholders across B&NES to ask how can we make the most of existing supportive networks like family, friends and neighbours and help people to build new ones? We would welcome your support to help us make this a reality.
